Cynthia Steffe is recognized as one of today's leading contemporary designers. Her clothing has been featured in the pages of Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Elle, InStyle, Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, Allure and many others., Cynthia Steffe also has with a growing roster of fans and celebrity clients, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Cate Blanchett, Mena Suvari, Katie Couric, Marcia Gay Harden, Lauren Holly and Kristin Davis.

Cynthia Steffe herself embodies the spirit of the collections she designs: young, modern, innovative and independent. She has been hailed by Women's Wear Daily as one of the "New Majors," and by The New York Times as one in a select group of successful, female American designers who defines the fashion mood of today.

Cynthia's talents were first acknowledged at The Parsons School of Design in New York, where she received the Student Designer of the Year and the Donna Karan Gold Thimble Awards. It was as an assistant to Donna Karan that Steffe began her career.

In 1989, Steffe launched her own line, Cynthia Steffe, Inc. Since then, the company has grown into a commercial success and has focused on offering contemporary women luxurious statement pieces paired with stylish basics.
