Lily McNealThe line was launched in 2002 by its founders Anna and Stephen and has been continuously gaining a list of supporters. With Stephen’s background in finance and investment banking and Anna’s background in knitting and ability to experiment with color and create her own stitches allowed for a concrete building foundation. Anna named the line, Lily McNeal after her father, Donald Barthelme, a well- known writer who used the pseudonym Lily McNeal. Today, the line is known for its vivid color, chunky sweaters and the sophistication it brings to its clientele.
