Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, shopemilygrace.com has a 21 day return policy for all NON-SALE items. These items must be in original condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form must be filled out completely including the Return Authorization number. This number can be acquired by contacting us at customerservice@shopemilygrace.com. All returns must be received within 21 days from the date of purchase. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you by mail and the postage will be charged to your original form of payment. Free shipping does not apply to return shipments (exchange items will be shipped free of charge).
All Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned. Any sale item we receive without a Return Authorization # will be returned to you by mail. The postage will be charged to your original form of payment. Items purchased with a coupon code are considered full price and can be returned within the 21 day period.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within the 21 days of the purchase date. Please follow the instructions on the invoice included with your purchase. We ask that you fill the exchange form out completely to ensure that your exchange is made properly. Shopemilygrace.com will ship the exchanged item to you free of charge.
Refunds
We will refund you order once it is received within our 21 day return policy. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. In addition some credit card companies may take up to 3 business days to post the credit on your account. Once your return has been received and we have refunded your form of payment you will receive an email notification.
Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be permitted on any item within 14 days of initial purchase. To receive a price adjustment for an online purchase, email us at customerservice@shopemilygrace.com.

Domestic Orders
Free Ground Shipping within the 48 Contiguous States in the Contential US!
We ship all orders to addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the continental United States free by UPS Ground. Sorry, this does not include Hawaii & Alaska. All orders placed with Ground Shipping will take 1-5 business days to arrive.
During check out you will have the opportunity to choose a shipping method that will expedite your order. All shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to official UPS rates. At checkout you will select your shipping method and the rate will be located next to the selection. UPS determines this rate based on the weight of the item and its destination.
Please note: Free ground shipping does not apply to return shipments BUT exchange items will be shipped free of charge.
International Orders

Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders (Monday- Friday) before 3pm EST. All orders will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit authorization. All orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Out of Stock Items
We do our very best to ensure that all items are in stock. In event that you have ordered something that is out of stock you will be notified immediately. Shopemilygrace.com reserves the right to ship partial orders. If you order several items, we will ship them immediately if we have them in stock and ship all outstanding items as we receive them from our vendors.
Sales Tax
U.S. Domestic Orders
Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Maryland (5.0%).
International Orders
Shopemilygrace.com cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas customs houses.
Customs
All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges issued by destination countries are the customer's responsibility. Please check with the customs house of your country to determine whether any of the above fees will be applied. The customer will be billed directly from USPS or UPS if any fees apply.
If a customer refuses to pay any of the above fees that have been issued by the receiving country, the package will be returned to shopemilygrace.com. Any shipping charges that have been accrued because of the return will be charge on your original form of payment.

Customers whose credit cards are denied by the credit issuing company will be contacted for an alternate form of payment. Failure to arrange payment within 48 hours of our first notification will result in order cancellation.
Gift Wrapping
We are proud to offer you free gift wrapping. You will see this option during checkout. Our gift wrap includes an Emily Grace box wrapped in a tulle ribbon. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

Shopping Online
